USING CAYENNE PEPPER

Fortunately, there are many ways to incorporate Cayenne Peppers and other hot peppers into your everyday diet. Many of my friends and family add fresh cayenne pepper powder to their favorite salad dressings, vegetable juices, and fruit juices

An old friend and mentor love’s hot peppers so much he makes fruit jellies and jams with peppers of his own. He’s even infused his hot pepper mixture with some whiskey. A shot of this brew will clear congestion, colds, and get your blood flowing like a young man.

TOOTHACHE
Eases toothaches and preserves the teeth from rotting. Rub some cayenne powder regularly (once or twice a week) on the gums, this stimulates them enough to prevent pyorrhea.

SORE THROATS
For sore throats, prepare the gargle 1/2 a teaspoon of Cayenne powder with honey in a 16oz glass. Capsicum is antiseptic and therefore a most valuable agent as a gargle in ordinary sore throat. This brew is also good for spasmodic and irritating coughs. Can be used for heartburn and diarrhea, but I must advise you to drink at least 1/2 a gallon of water before drinking this one

Heart
Cayenne Pepper powder has been known to stop heart attacks within 30 seconds. If a heart attack should occur, it is suggested that a teaspoon of extract be given every 15 minutes or a teaspoon of Cayenne in a glass of hot water be taken until the crisis has passed.

When the venous structure becomes loaded with sticky mucus, the blood has a harder time circulating. So, higher pressure forces the liquid through. Cayenne regulates the flow of blood from head to toe so that the pressure is equalized; it influences the heart immediately, then gradually extends its effects to the arteries, capillaries, and nerves.

Digestion
Cayenne can rebuild the tissue in the stomach and the peristaltic action in the intestines. It aids elimination and assimilation and helps the body to create hydrochloric acid, which is needed for good digestion and assimilation, especially of proteins.

When we realize how the digestive system plays such an important role in mental, emotional and physical health, Cayenne becomes significant to overall good health. It’s through the digestive system that the brain, glands, muscles and every other part of the body are fed.

Also please keep in mind that these are old remedies that have passed the test of time and may not be in accordance with modern medicine.

Organic Cayenne Pepper has no toxins. However, maintain proper hydration when consuming peppers. Drink plenty of water!
